Matthew Tobias concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. Mr. Tobias received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1996, with a major in communication.

While an undergraduate, he also studied geography and economics at University College London in London, England.

He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2000, where he served as a member of the Fordham Law Review and was on the Dean's List.

Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, LLP, Mr. Tobias was in private practice in trusts and estates and commercial litigation, including contract, real estate, securities, trademark and general commercial disputes.

Mr. Tobias is admitted to practice law in the state of New York (2002), and before the United States Tax Court (2003).
