Martin E. Schloss graduated from the New York University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Review.  Mr. Schloss spent fifteen years as a member of the Law Department of General Instrument Corporation, where he served as Associate General Counsel in charge of corporate, securities and commercial law matters, as well as General Counsel of the company’s Jerrold Division, the world’s largest supplier of cable TV equipment and systems.  Thereafter, he joined Scientific Games Corporation, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel, as well as Senior Vice President for mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Schloss has significant experience in a wide range of corporate, securities and commercial law matters, as well as in corporate compliance, government relations and gaming law.  He is currently an Adjunct Professor at St. Johns University School of Law, where he teaches Mergers and Acquisitions and the law of Unincorporated Business Associations.
