Mr. Perlmutter is a partner in the Corporate, Commercial Litigation, and Mutual Banks practice groups at Ganfer and Shore. He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial law and commercial litigation, enjoys negotiating, and represents businesses involved in decorator furniture, in factoring, and individuals involved in derivatives. He serves as general counsel to various business entities. He also represents numerous depositors in mutual savings banks and advises them on opening and maintaining accounts as well as subscribing when the banks convert to public ownership.
Mr. Perlmutter is a member of the Industrial Development Authority of Mount Pleasant, New York and a former chairman and member of the Planning Board of Sleepy Hollow, NY.
Before coming to Ganfer & Shore, LLP, Mr. Perlmutter ran David M. Perlmutter & Associates for over 16 years, after practicing for over 25 years with other law firms in New York.
