Manali Torgalkar concentrates her practice primarily in commercial litigation. Ms. Torgalkar received her B.S. from Cornell University in 2005. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2008. In law school, Ms. Torgalkar was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and served as Production Editor for The Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. She also received the Honorable Mention Brief Award and Best Oral Advocate Award for Moot Court Section Competition. Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, LLP, Ms. Torgalkar was associated with law firms specializing in commercial litigation, employment litigation, general liability claims, labor law and energy law. Ms. Torgalkar is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association. |
